You know what makes me happy? Smelling this simmering on my stove top. Oh my, the spices! the orange zest! the sugar! I swear-those are the things the holidays are made of. Happy Thanksgiving you turkeys.

ps, if you actually want to taste this (and I know you do), I just might have this as a French macaroon flavor at the Beehive Bazaar. Just sayin'...
