Summer Rolls, because I needed a little summer in my life

Kiwi Summer Rolls-
I made my own modifications, but the original recipe is from Body and Soul.

Meg's Modifications:
*Instead of chili powder to dipping sauce, add all natural chunky peanut butter until you have the consistency you want
*Add shrimp to the roll for a little protein
*Don't add peanuts to the roll-it's already in the sauce
