Happy Valentines Day!

I love valentines day. I used to hate when I didn't have a boyfriend or anything, but I always liked valentines day. I can't decide if it's the colors, or the candy, or the love part. But I love decorating and making goodies. yum. One of my favorite memories is when you are in 2nd grade and you get to make your own valentines box and everyone gave out valentines to each other. I had the best time making my box.

just how long is year anyway?!

So I realized that yesterday was the year mark of my engagment to matt... it's been the longest and shortest year of my life! I wanted to get married last September, but things don't always work out the way we want them. So alas, here we are. And I still have 4 months. At least it was the coolest engagment ever. Matt made me the happiest girl on earth.

can i please just have enough money for once

Kate and I went to (yet again) the place where dreams come true and wallets get emptied: Anthropologie (or just 'anthro' for those of us who attend more than 7 times in one month). I always say that I can't get something but I just can't resist the sparkling white mini-bowls I ended up purchasing today. How cute for ice cream sundaes?! or bright berries?! It's such a pretty waste of my money....
