I have come to some realizations lately :
1) life really is too short to not be doing what you really would like to do
2) my job really isn't going to take me anywhere
3) I'm married now, so I need a job that will take me somewhere
4) I really hate the smell of cigarette smoke, but I still love my friends that create it
Somehow it's been easier for me to accept most of these things now that I'm married and have this new phase in my life. I'm not afraid to look for a new job because Matt and I need it and I can find something that is much more relevant to who I am and what I really want for myself and my family.
